SHIPPING, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. SHIPPING POLICY

Products are generally shipped within 5 working days but due to prevailing Covid conditions expect a delivery time from 7 to 15 days depending upon your location.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • No cancellations will be accepted after this period.
  • If you cancel your order within the stipulated 24hrs but the product has already been shipped by us – kindly return the package to the delivery person itself, and we will refund you the entire amount except the shipping cost.

Please write email to info@sundaramhandmadesoaps.com mentioning Order number and your order details.

If you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

3. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

4. RETURN POLICY

Firstly if you receive the courier parcel in damaged, torn or tampered condition please refuse to accept the parcel and return the parcel directly to the delivery person and kindly inform us within 3 working days by sending an email to us at info@sundaramhandmadesoaps.com mentioning your Order ID.

Secondly if you have received the product itself in a bad or defected condition please take a picture of the product and email it to us at info@sundaramhandmadesoaps.com mentioning your Order ID within 3 days. If validated we will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
